The NOM (Noordelijke Ontwikkelings Maatschappij) is a Dutch Government Investment Bank for the north of the Netherlands. 
NOM's major objective is to stimulate the economy and to contribute to increasing employment in the northern provinces. NOM is a central information and support desk for companies planning to locate their operations in the northern Netherlands and for established firms wishing to expand their operations.
